Basic Policy Against Antisocial Forces

Sees Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") takes a firm stance against antisocial forces, including organized crime groups, which pose a threat to social order and safety. The Company strictly avoids any relationship with such entities, including business transactions. To ensure sound and proper business operations, the Company has established the following basic policy, which all officers and employees are required to comply with.

1. Organizational Response

The Company responds to antisocial forces as an organization, ensuring that no individual officer or employee is left to deal with such matters alone, while also prioritizing the safety of all personnel.

2. Cooperation with External Specialists

The Company maintains close ties with external specialists, including the police, anti-violence organizations, and legal counsel, to ensure proper and prompt responses to any unjust demands from antisocial forces.

3. Total Rejection of Relationships

The Company will not establish or maintain any relationship with antisocial forces, whether capital, business, or otherwise. Any unjust demands disguised as business dealings will be firmly rejected.

4. Legal Measures

Should any unjust demands be made by antisocial forces, the Company will take resolute legal action, both civil and criminal, to address the situation.

5. Prohibition of Improper Transactions and Payments

Even in cases where corporate or employee misconduct may be involved, the Company will never engage in backroom dealings or provide funds to antisocial forces.
