We are pleased to announce that we have made the following changes to our board of directors with a view to further strengthening our management structure and business growth.
■ Change in Representative Structure
Hisao Ito, who previously served as President and CTO of the Company, will assume the position of Chairman and CEO as of today, and will be responsible for formulating and promoting overall management and technology strategies.
Katsuyoshi Goto, who has led the company's product development efforts as Director and Chief System Development Officer, has also been appointed President and COO.
He will be responsible for overall business operations and organizational management, and will strive to strengthen the system for faster on-site decision-making and execution.
With this change, the Company will have a two-person representative system and transition to a management structure that supports both strategy and execution in a well-balanced manner.
■ Newly Appointed Director
Satoshi Narita has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) as of today.
Mr. Narita is a core member of Ito's technical development team and has been a key figure in Ito's core technical traditions, and will lead the planning and execution of technical strategies as a member of the management team.
Masanobu Tsuchiya has been appointed as Corporate Auditor.
Masanobu Tsuchiya's wealth of experience and insight will be used to further strengthen the Company's governance structure.
■ Retiring Directors and Corporate Auditors
Two members, Masataka Saito (Director) and Tetsuya Maruyama (Auditor), have resigned as of today.
Under the new structure, the entire company will work together to further enhance our corporate value and contribute to society with the latest technology.
